I have thorough knowledge of systems administration and management, network security monitoring and implementation, knowledge reinforced by respected certifications such as Cisco IPS Specialist, Cisco Firewall Specialist, Microsoft MCP, and CIW Associate. More importantly, I have twelve years of experience that involve working with large corporate companies, supporting hundreds of users, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

I have worked collaboratively with CEOs, managers, co-workers, and labor professionals to meet deadlines and ensure smooth progress of projects.
