A seasoned IT network engineer with systems and management eperience, in addition to network security design, engineering and implementation. Experience backed by reputable certifications such as Cisco CCSP (SND, SNRS, SNPA, IPS, MARS, and of course CCNA), Microsoft MCP, and CIW Associate.

Over the years, I worked collaboratively with executives, managers, co-workers, and labor professionals to ensure smooth progress and timely project delivery.

• Protocol analysis and network / application performance monitoring using advnaced tools such as OPNET AppResponse Xpert and AppInternals Xpert, in addition to standard tools like Wireshark.
• Security policy and disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Penetration testing and malicious activity detection.

Recently, I accepted a new IT Infrastructure Application Engineer position at AvivaUSA. Through this exciting opportunity, I am quickly expanding my insurance business knowledge and refreshing my management skills, while I help structure and streamline Aviva’s IT project delivery and vendor relationships around ITIL guidelines.
