  • 40 hours business weeks are long gone. The new norm is 50!
  • Learning a lot about ITIL, database, middleware and insurance.
  • OPNETWORK 2011 was indeed worth the trip.
  • Accepted a new exciting position with Aviva.
  • Passed the Cisco SNRS exam (642-504), and finally became a CCSP.
